Oneness Deeksha Blessings

All blessings begin at 4:30pm

Receive the power and grace of the Oneness *Deeksha Blessing.
Experience a quieting of the mind, listening with the heart, and
clarity in the present moment.  Experience the essence of your being.
The Oneness Deeksha Blessing is not affiliated with any established
religion.  The teachings are universal and focus on the personal
experience of the Divinity within each one of us.  Oneness- the
Divinity that we all share.

There will be a brief introduction, balancing of the Chakras, and the
Onenesss Blessings from many Blessing Givers.  The Blessing is
transferred as the Blessing Givers place their hands on your head for
approximately 1-2 minutes.  Following the blessing, there will be time
for rest and integration of the experience.

*Oneness Deeksha is the transfer of Sacred energy - "grace" - which
facilitates a movement into higher states of consciousness and a
flowering of the heart.  It creates a neurobiological shift in the
brain, assisting in silencing the ceaseless chatter of the mind and in
bringing one into the moment where there is peace, joy , divine
presence and connection to all forms of life. 

The gatherings will be facilitated by Lisa Remy.  Other blessing givers will take part, so participants will receive more than one blessing.

Do you feel that you could benefit from exploring the issues created by sexual trauma in a supportive and creative atmosphere?
Has anyone close to you experienced rape in any form?
...If so, I invite you to take this workshop or to share this event invite with those that you love.
In eight weeks we will create a close and trusting environment while exploring what I call "the six bodies" - the emotional, mental, social, physical, sexual, and spiritual realities that make up our life.
We will have a chance to see how sexual trauma has impacted these areas of our lives while discovering important tools to become empowered.
Through lively, participatory exercises, and a close and trust-filled group atmosphere, attendees will leave with a better understanding of these effects, and how to heal from them. The workshop includes sharing, some feedback, art, writing, breathwork, and more. The group will begin on Thursday, August 25th, meeting from 7-9 at the Sacred Earth Center. There are six spaces available for women or men.
The cost is $150, and a deposit of $50 is required to reserve your space. Payment plans are available.

Knitting and Crochet with Julie Coburn

ChiaoGoo RED Lace needles and 30 handmade stitch markers are available from the instructor for an additional $15. *If you plan on purchasing needles and stitch markers from the instructor please contact Julie at relaxedenergy@gmail.com no later than October 15. **After the 15th there is no guaranteed availability of needles or stitch markers.

Crochet Class will meet on October 8 and 15 from 2-5pm. We will be crocheting little amigurumi teddy bears. All supplies are included. Please contact Julie at relaxedenergy@gmail.com to register and to secure a set of supplies for yourself no later than October 5. Cost of class is $45 – there will be enough materials to make 2 bears.
